The children follow a prescribed schedule which is strictly adhered to in order to bring about discipline in their  routine and create a healthy routine for a lifetime. It starts with exercises in the morning followed by School  Assembly and regular classes and ends with evening sports and special subject coaching.

A multi-utility gym, badminton court, basket ball court, football court, table tennis room, stadium for cricket and track and field events etc provide the children every opportunity to learn new skills.

Their weekends are scheduled with unlimited fun & frolic with indoor & outdoor activities, cinema etc , cultural programs, campfire, adventure outings, picnics & leisure hours. Hostel House Masters and House Wardens are at the complex round-the-clock ensuring utmost attention towards each child. Extra help remedial classes, multidimensional activities through lot of activities, various games keep the students engrossed and regular hawans and satsangs  instill in them ethics and values. Grooming classes and interaction with renowned motivators and public speakers help the students gain a wider outlook.

Keeping in view the need for all round development of students’ mind and body, we provide ample opportunities for activities in all fields. Proper arrangements have been made for a variety of individual and team games which include cricket, football, basketball, volleyball, netball, boxing, karate, skating, roller hockey, table tennis, badminton, horseracing, chess, carom etc. so that the boarders can opt for the game of their choice and get proper coaching in the same. Students also get the coaching from national and state level coaches.
There is a well-equipped multi gym which both boys and girls can use in different shifts under the guidance of an efficient trainer.

Hobby Classes
Through the means of hobby classes, students can choose any of the hobbies as per their interest and pursue them in the leisure time after school. These include dance (classical, western), music vocal/instrumental viz : drum, guitar, key-board, tabla, violin etc.), different game and sports, foreign languages, art and craft classes are arranged for the boarders to give them the opportunity to bring out their talent and to ignite the creativity within them. It helps them to give expressions to their thoughts.
Career Counseling and Personality Development
Counselors of national repute visit our school regularly to conduct workshops with our students to evaluate their aptitude and also to expose them to various career options available. Personality grooming is another area that the professional counselors focus on during their workshops with the students. Regular personal development programmes are conducted for all boarders.            
The Sunbeam Band
Sunbeam band is a matter of pride for the school. It adds to the credit of the hostel that almost all the members of the school band are boarders. They are regularly coached by expert professionals and give excellent performance on occasions like Annual Functions, School Sports and other cultural events.
